Two program and contract management subject matter experts embedded inside a federal agency's Office of the Secretary, supporting a national commemorative initiative through its peak planning and execution period.
Engineered team structure, not headcount
A six-role delivery team of senior PM, systems engineer and site lead, three installers, and a dedicated procurement specialist, planned and executed against 600 labor hours to a fixed delivery date, using the same structure on subcontracted work as on prime awards. A third award was issued by the same customer while earlier work was still in execution.
Phased execution inside occupied facilities
A zone-sequenced three-week installation plan across a mixed-use operational building covering secure spaces, briefing rooms, equipment rooms, conference rooms, common areas and maintenance facilities, delivered while other trades worked concurrently and against an activation date set by an allied partner program.
