    Performance-driven scope growth

    Government expanded a VTC sustainment contract mid-performance from 55 to 63 rooms based solely on delivery quality, with no re-competition, under a base-plus-four-option-year structure running through 2029.

    Zero-gap continuity across contract transitions

    Three consecutive support periods delivered with no coverage gap and no re-competition at any transition, including a bridge period between awards. Replacing the specialist team in place would have required an estimated 9 to 12 months of new-hire processing.

    Lifecycle rescue and optimization

    A media asset platform running on an end-of-life operating system replaced with a 192TB system in place of 50TB, retiring the risk to 32TB of irreplaceable catalog content with no recovery path, and integrating natively with existing production workstations and studio infrastructure rather than forcing a full environment replacement.
